Monthly Payment Plan Authorization: By selecting a payment plan, I authorize Port Players to automatically charge the payment method provided today for the remaining scheduled payments. I understand that my selected payment plan is for the full $345 registration fee plus $10 service fee and that payments will be processed according to the schedule shown above. The payment plan will end automatically after all scheduled payments have been completed.
